You’ll be enchanted by the local specialities, sumptuous ocean-fresh line-caught fish and seafood prepared with all the expert skill of the island’s longest established restaurant. Subject to daily catches, the menu includes parrot fish fillet, crab and lobster gratin and breadfruit croquettes. One of Paula’s signature specialities is her paella, a marvellous fusion of fresh seafood - mussels and langoustines - and fresh produce from the land - chicken and local vegetables.
